FALL
RIVER - For the past 15 years, Century 21 Associates Realty has not only
held its ground, it has grown.
"Most of the agencies aren't growing," said Sales Manager Ken
Mongeon.
This growth is evident in both the number of sales associates and the
number of transactions. A seven-month-old office at 230 Maple Ave. in
Swansea with 35 agents also shows the expansion of the business.
The main office is located in a two-story building at 657 Pleasant St.
There are 56 agents in total.
Century 21 has received several awards including the Centurion award and
features many Ruby award winners. These awards are a tribute to the hard
work and dedication of the staff.
"We're always interested in training new agents," Mongeon
said.
"As the manager, I'm always available to talk to."
One of the benefits of working at Century 21 is that staff members work
as a team.
The majority of the business is in existing homes. New construction is a
supplement to the business.
Thanks to the national support with thousands of offices in North
America, Century 21 Associates has a regular training schedule every
month. Mongeon considers training to be essential not only for
newly-licensed associates, but also for veterans of real estate.
Century 21 offers complete real estate service for residential and
commercial property and land. They also belong to the National
Relocation Service for employees on the move, and have a full-time,
professional staff. They do appraisals and market investment properties.
